Complaints

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

At Church Street Dental Practice with aim to provide you with the highest standard of treatment and customer care.

However, if you have any concerns or cause for complaint, then please do not hesitate to speak to a member of staff so that we can rectify the problem and prevent it’s reoccurrence in the future.

In the event of a complaint, please;

  1. Firstly talk to a member of staff about your concerns, so that your matter can be resolved swiftly and immediately.  In the event that your complaint cannot be dealt with at that time, a member of staff will contact you within 2 days either in person or by telephone.  
  1. In the event that you are not satisfied following verbal communication with a staff member, then you may send a written complaint, addressed to Dr Nigel Masters, who will reply within 10 days.
  1. Following this, should the complaint still not be resolved, then the following organisations can be contacted for further information and liaison.
